 The Lakeside Brasserie... Is a unique venue in a unique location. It can be found in the Cotswold Water Park, just outside the village of South Cerney, on the original Watermark second home complex, Spring Lake.
The Brasserie is open all year round and not only serves great food, but is the hub of the Watermark resorts, playing host to many live music and party nights.
During the summer months The Brasserie really is the place to be! Spring Lake is an active watersports centre with waterskiing, wakeboarding and fun inflatable rides. You can dine & drink alfresco and watch all the fun from our fantastic sun terrrace.
