STRETCH & SIP
Join us every Thursday evening 6:30pm–7:30pm
for Yang Yin Yoga
Yang Yin Yoga combines the gentle, restorative stillness of Yin Yoga with the energising, strengthening movements of Yang Yoga. It creates a balanced practice that works on both the body and mind—building strength and flexibility while encouraging relaxation, mindfulness and inner calm.
After the practice you will have the option to join your fellow yogis for a drink/food afterwards (this is not included in the price of the class). This is a great way to meet new people and be a part of a community of likeminded people!
The first 6 week term runs 24th September–29th October and is only £60, drop ins are also welcome, £12 per session.
